7th International Symposium on Cancer Metastasis & the Lymphovascular System: Biology & Treatment

unnamed

Symposium Chair, Stanley P. L. Leong, MD, FACS and the Organizing Committee will convene the most renowned international faculty and leading experts in the field of cancer metastasis, fostering genuine translational dialogue among the disciplines responsible for discovering and delivering therapies for cancer. Cancer micro-environment and the molecular mechanisms involved in the progression of cancer cells to sentinel lymph nodes & beyond to the distant sites will be presented.

The symposium will explore immune trafficking and host responses to cancer cells in detail. The topics will include:

Cancer Metastasis through the Lymphovascular System
Biomarkers for Lymphovascular Development, Growth and Neoplasia
Tumor Micro-environment and Tumor Progression
Sentinel Lymph Node Biology as a Biomarker and Gateway to Cancer Metastasis
Lymphogenous versus Hematogenous Cancer Spread: Independent or Connected?
Biomarkers for Cancer Metastasis
Radioimaging and Molecular Imaging of Cancer Metastasis
Frontiers in Immunotherapy using Checkpoint Inhibitors and Molecular Targeted Therapy
